Only 02 staff are looking the whole hotel activities. So no service is provided in time. Hot water supplied very late. No one attending the Intercom (9 no.).

I would give 10/10 for location, property, infrastructure, food and hosts. Amazing personality and pure heart. Really enjoyed my stay here in Gulmarg. Please note this property is little far from gulmarg and on highway to gulmarg but the location is perfect for your kids as they have garden area and cool decor and infrastructure. Must visit.
